Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child support for 2 children from 2 seperate women

I have a son who is 11 that lives with his mother and I pay support on. A ex girlfriend just had a baby, and she sayes she is mine. What is the percentage of my net pay, that I would have to pay to each mother?

Also, I am 33 and the mother of my newborn daughter just turned 22. (daughter born labor day) She workes on a behavior ward of a mentel retardation facility which asked her several times if she was pregnant, and she denied within 7 days of giving birth. Called friend to take to hospital because of stomach cramps and when asked if pregnant she stated no, and 2hrs later gave birth. Had no prenatal care at all. On several occasions was out drinking at club around me and friends while between 3-6 months pregnant. Everyone asked her to get a test or asked if she was preg. She was in complete denial. Baby was 8lb 10oun.

Not sure if she is stable and I would take daughter for her safety in a minute!! Is there anything I can do??

You should pay 17.5% of your "net resources" (usually net pay after 1 income tax deduction) for each child. To get custody of the new child, you would have to prove the mother is unfit and it is in the best interests of the child for you to have custody. This can be a very expensive proposition for you. Good Luck
