Child Support

I have two children. One 14yrs and the other 8yrs. The oldest is living with me and wants to stay with me. How would child support be setup for this during a divorce?

Child support is determined by a percentage of the parent whom owes the support net income. If divorced then your percentage will be compared to the other parent's percentage and the difference is what would be the child support. Call us for help 24/7 281-485-0990
