Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Does child support have a way to look up a company to see if my daughters father is working there if I gave them the company name and address ... I m asking because I called to see if they received any hit on his ss # where he works yet & they said they didn t have any jobs listed for him. But I think I found out where he works I m not sure if it s the right company so I don't know if she actually found his name/ss # under that company or do they just send the paper work to the company I told them of employment .

Forget the Attorney General.

Write down the name and address where Dad works, and go to the District Clerk's office. Tell them that you want the wage withholding order "issued" to Dad's employer. They may charge you $30.00.
