Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Child Support
I need to compose a letter to the District Clerks office in response to an ''Order To Terminate Child Support''. I can't afford an attorney, but want my letter to be as professional as possible. The child in question is 17 and is enrolled in an accredited online program, but his father hired an attorney to terminate child support. I need to have my letter prepared as soon as possible. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you,

Re: Child Support
A "letter" is not going to do much good. If you can't afford a lawyer, it's possible you could lose the child support. Look around in your area, There might be some pro bono groups to help you.
