Child Support Court Cases

I was on welfare once and then got off it, can the attorney general go to court on my behalf to help me raise my child support.

Yes, in Texas the Attorney General can go the court to raise your chidl support. Will they in a timely fashion is the better question. Call the AG's office and ask make an appointment.
