Child support court

I have a 2 and a half year old daughter. and i found out that the suppossed father turned out to not be her father. there is only one more person and at the time i was 17 years old and he was 15. would i goto jail if i filed on him for child support? the child support has told me the results of the suppossed father. and he wasnt. and now they are asking for me to give them another person. and i dont want to goto jail.

If at the time of sex, he was at least 15, and you were within 3 years of his age, and the sex was consensual, then you will NOT go to jail.
