Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Child Support Without Court
Is there any way to get a raise in child support without taking the case back to court? A friend of mine said that there might be some kind of legal agreement form that we can fill out and send to the judge instead of getting lawyers and dragging everything out again.

As the other response stated, you dont need an attorney if you know what you are doing. If you and your ex reach an agreement and he cooperates, then this can be done quickly and fairly cheaply.
Good luck

If you know the motions, orders, forms and procedures - yes you can do these things. But, ordinarily the Court won't help you find the answer tho these questions.
