Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i have child support court set for tuesday, we live in the state of texas and the non custodial parent has a warrant, but its not for child support my question is that he has finally been served to appear in court and i was wanting to know if they will take him in or will they give us a chance to go thru with our court child support case or will they even check to see if he has any outstanding warrants

When you get to Court, tell the bailiff that your guy has outstanding warrants for his arrest.

Chances are you'll have your hearing before anybody gets arrested.
