child support

My daughter 13 has decided to live with her dad. I send back his support plus some extra. I do not work I have a mentally challenged stepdaughter at home that needs care. My husband now travels alot so I care for her. Can my ex make me pay support and would it be based on my husbands income or minimum wage since I dont work?

Yes, he can make you pay support. It cannot be based on your spouse's income, but there is no guarantee it would be based on minimum wage.
