child support

my daughter came to live with me for 7 months of the year 2006. stayed w/ her father for 4 months and came back. she has been back for 3 months now. i have not stopped paying him child support for the whole time. am i not entitled to stop paying him and am i entitled to be repaid for the time that she has been with me? what are my rights? and how do i get to stop paying him child support for a child that lives with me????

From your posting, am assuming that the child support is not voluntary, but court-ordered. In order to stop, you need to file a Motion to Terminate Withholding. You should also get an order modifying conservatorship.
