Child Support

My daughter is 16 yrs old. Child support is currently going through Attorney General. If I get my own lawyer, and don't go through AG, can her dad be responsible for child support until she finishes college?

Only if he volunteers it, or if your child is disabled. A proven disability will extend child support beyond the 18th birthday.
