child support

my daughter is 12 yrs old will be 13 in june of this year she now lives with me. do i have to obtain an attorney to have the child support to stop being deducted from my payroll checks or contact the attorney generals office

Re: child support

You should contact either the Attorney General's office or a family law attorney in order to have the court order changed. The order will need to be changed by the court to reflect that fact that the child is now living with you and the other parent's child support obligation will need to be determined at that time.
