Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

child support

In December of '07 we reached an agreement on how much I was to pay in child support. Now I have a new job, paying .40 more than my old job. Her lawyer wants me to send him my paycheck stubs to redo what the court has decided just 7 months ago. With it being such a little increase in pay, does there need to be any reason for this?

Re: child support

IF your prior agreement was reduced to a final court order, then you do not have to respond (unless there are pending proceedings that allow current discovery). If the proceedings are still pending, then eventually they will get the information. If you do not have legal representation, you should.
