child support
I have been devorce now for 2 year's me and my ex-wife have 3 kid's and we decided not to go thru the system and pay child support because ether one of trust the system . but what i want to know is if her friend keep teller her to have me pay thru the system will i have to pay Back Pay even if i have been paying all this time.

Does your court order require you to pay through the system? If so, you are risking a contempt action. Hopefully you at least have all of your receipts proving your payments. If you were smart, you would start paying according to the order, as after all, it is a court order.

Normally yes... If there is a support order, and depending on some other factors. You need to hire an attorney on this one. A good attorney could probably negotiate your way out of this situation. Careful failure to pay child support is a felony or could lead to enforcement through "contempt" powers including jail or a receivership.
