Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

child support

I have been divorced once before and am looking to get another divorce. I have a child with my first wife and one with the second. I pay child support, $500/mo. as that was 20% of my gross at the time to my first wife and was wondering how child support would work with the second. How would that be figured?

Re: child support

Basically just like it was the first time. You start over at 20% with each new wife. You should get a small percentage adjustment since you are paying support for another child under a different order.
