child support

My exhusband is over $40,000 behind on child. I want to know how I find out if he is receiving a federal refund?

Why haven't you done an enforcement against him? This is one where the Attorney General's Office is probably your best bet. It's too late to do an intercept for this year, but they could take it next year.

You can file a motion to enforce to get your money, that way, the IRS can withold his possible refund, if any.
