child support

my ex-husband owes me 17,000 in back child support. and was to pay for medical insurance but has not had coverage for my child within the past 6 years, my present husband has been paying for insurance on my child ,can i ask for this expense to be repaid as well as back child support ?

Yes, you need to hire an attorney who will file a Motion to Enforce against your exhusband for both back child support and unpaid medical insurance.
