my exhusband wonts me to pay child support after 16 years can they use my current husbands income to figure the about i would have to pay

Not under Texas law, but if you are not working or if you are not earing your potential income, they can use the income that you could make in a job that you are capable of performing.

Hello, it seems to me that your husbands income is not relevant for child support. If you were working and had an income, then that would be the basis for support.

However, I do not have all the facts or know your situation so I can only respond in this general fashion. I think the point I made above is worth looking into.
