Child Support

My ex-wife wants to take me back to court to get more

child support. I'm slef-employed and she wants a 1/4 of my business income and i want to know how much she can get? Thanks

25% is the guideline amount for two children. If by "business income" you mean gross, no, she can't get 25% of that. If you mean "net," then she can. Of course, it depends on how you calculate your net, too. The Family Code permits some deductions, not others, and you can expect a close look at the business books if there is any suggestion that the business is paying personal expenses.
