Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child Support

My ex-wife has not helped out over the past 2 years with my son. All she wants is to see him during the summers. Can I get child support from her even though in our original divorce papers, stated she doesn't have to. In the papers, all I wanted was for her to get insurance and pay for the truck loan which is in my name. She has done neither. I have paid for doctor visits and she got the truck repossessed making my credit bad and I have to pay for the remaining loan. Can I sue? Also, she got remarried and has no job? Can I still get child support?

Yes you can. File for a modification of the divorce decree.
