child support

my exwife didn't pay her support payments the first 5 months then she started paying. she quiet her job 2 years ago has not paid since then. i heard the interest was 4% is that monthly or yearly.

The interest rate is 6%.

You can go to the TX A G office and ask that they "enforce" the child support payments. It's slow but free.

Or you can hire a private attorney to do this for you. Even if she does not work, she must pay child support.
