child support

Father is a police officer, does not want to do dna test, child is not on birth certificates, due to some comments he has made to me, he has made me aware that he has moved to mexico and that i will no longer be able to file.

Has he really moved? Or just claiming to have moved. You can still file. It might prove difficult to get service on him, but not impossible.
