What can I do if the father of my unborn child moves to another country (Germany) before the birth to avoid child support action?

There are international laws to address such ocurrences. This would not be the first time for Germany. Typically, the German court system takes a dim view of German fathers abandoning their children. The Texas AG's office has also done this before.
