Child Support

Is there any way for me to file an '' Order/Notice to withhold icome for child support, against an Ex who is sometime behind and never pays the full amount, without going through a lawer or agent?

I agree with Fran. You can always do your own legal work. I can always work on my car. I find mechanics are the best choice. It's up to you.

Unfortunately, I have no idea by the use of the term "agent".

Of course, you can try to do it yourself. Go to your local law library and look for the set of books containing Texas family law forms. Not all law libraries have them.

After spending hours at the library and probably developing a major head-ache, you might decide it is easier to just hire an attorney.
