Child Support
I need to find out how i can get it stopped, I have called and called the child support office in Houston and they all act stupid and will not give me a straight answer on how to go about getting the case reviewed so the money my ex is scaming off me could be really helping my son instead of supporting ex and his wife.

Learn to live with it. You have no control over the black hole of child support. Sorry, sad but true.

Your complaint is quite common. Many child support paying parents are concerned that the money they pay is not used directly for the child(ren). However there is no requirement in the law that child support funds be put to any particular use. There is nothing you can do. Mr. Grissom's advice to learn to live with it is the best advice you're going to get.
