Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child Support

Our two grandchildren have lived with us for five years. We haven't got any child support from the grandsons dad at all. We don't have cousty,but he was ordered to pay some time back. Can we get child support from him ? He owns a very nice house and truck.

You really need to go talk with a local family law attorney. He and your daughter should probably both be paying support. Good luck!
