Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

child support for grandparent

I have raised 2 granddaughters by myself for the last 13 yrs. One just turned 18 last month. I want the parents to pay childsupport. I cannot do this financially anymore. Can I get any compensation for the past 13 yrs or just go forward? These are my daughter's children, He lives in WI and remarried.
