child support

is my husban still obligated to give child support to one of his children , shes 19 and shes a full time student.

I can't answer based on the details you gave me.

Read the divorce decree or the last legal document signed by a Judge.

Normally child support continues until the child graduates from high school or turns 18 whichever is last.

However, if he is past-due for any prior months, he would need to continue to pay until it is paid in full.

If the child has been declared disabled, the child support can continue the rest of the child's life.
