Re: child support

File a motion for enforcement by contempt. Normally the judge will not jail him the first time. He is in contempt for child support and for failure to provide current address information. The judge will normally set a judgement arrearage and allow him an opportunity to become current, but suspending the sentence. In this county, however, if he does not comply with the order, the judge will order him to jail the second time. It is also possible to request that his driver's license be suspended.

It requires that you pursue the matter with diligence, but the law does have 'teeth' in it, and most judges are willing to be strict.
