Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
child support
My husband is ordered to pay child support until the children are 18 or graduate from high school, whichever is later. What happens if the kids fail and do not graduate?

Re: child support
If you can prove they are not registered in school and they turn 18, then you can stop the child support payments.
