Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

child support

My husband has a potiental baby momma that state that he is the father of her 3 children which we know that he is not the father of one and the 2 nd and 3rd are in question.. Is there a way of some kind that we can sue her for having him on child support knowing that that he is not the father of at least two or better yet can he give up his rights and not have to even pay this child support.

Your husband needs a lawyer. And a DNA test. If he is the father, then he will be paying child support, if he isn't, then he won't.
