Child support increase ..

My ex. has had several pay raises. Should my child support also come up ? If so how can I do this without going to court in Texas ?

We have been divorced for 2 years.

Yes, you can obtain increased child support if your ex's pay has substantially increased since divorce. You cannot, however, do this without going to court, although you may not personally have to appear.
