child support increase

if my new wife just won the lottery

and I keep my job. Can my exwife get the child support amount raise

by my new wifes income.

Great question!

We should all have trouble like you've described!

If your wife keeps the $$ separate and does not give you any of it then it should be her separate property.

I urge you to talk to a lawyer about mimimizing your potential tax problems.
