Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child Support Issue Between California and Texas

After living in California since birth, my fiance's ex wife wants to move to Texas with their 3 kids (ages 10, 7, & 5). If she were to move to Texas and establish residency, Can she file with the court in Texas for more support? Granted if she filed a Motion to move venue first.

You have to ask if there are any restrictions for her to move your children on the divorce decree. If there are, then you are safe, if not, then you need to modify that order. Good luck to you.
