Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I need help with a child support issue and will make this as brief as possible. In 2009 a child support order was placed on me in march, in may we went to divorce proceedings and ended up reconciling and moved from dallas to oklahoma. The child support never stopped and she refused to have it stopped. Since then we split up in Jan 2012 and a divorce was finalized in Dec 2012. In the divorce decree she agreed to and the judge ordered her to contact Dallas and have child support orders terminated so oklahoma child support order can take its place, and, have any back child support eliminated. Its been a month and still nothing on her end so i am trying to be proactive and see if i can do this myself so i can file for my federal tax refund without texas taking it all. Any comments or guidance is extremely welcome.

You need to have a Dallas lawyer file something with the Dallas courts. He will need to get a certified copy of your Oklahoma decree. He will want money up front.
