Child Support issues
I have a child support decree issued but my husband would like to keep the children on a 1 year trial bases. Could we type up a agreement between each other and have it notarized for the term of the trial bases and if it's violated would the agreement hold up in a court of law?

You need to talk to a good family law attorney before you even consider doing this. You could very easily end up losing custody of the children and paying him support.
