Child Support

I have a 4 1/2 lil boy that i have had DNA done on already and proved to his father he was his. I havent got a court order to set an amount but was wanting to know how i go about doing so!

Based on what you have written, you need to initiate a suit affecting a parent child relationship in Harris Co Texas (according to your zip code). Once you file the suit, then you will have to produce admissible evidence to show the court who the father is and then request the court to designate conservatorship, child support, and child visitation. I believe you need to file in Jefferson County, not Harris County. 77705 is a Beaumont zip code.
