child support

what do I do? My child lives with my mother and she has All parental rights for that child and she filed for state aid but she don't received any but the state want to file child support on me and stays with my mother and she has all the parental rights

Re: child support

If the State has filed against you in court for child support and you have given up your parental rights through another court proceeding, show the AG the order from the court which says you gave up your parental rights.

If you don't have an order, then you haven't given up your parental rights and you will have to pay child support.
