Is there a way that I can make my daughter's father pay child suport? He Has not paid much,He owes back for 16 yrs of her life. He won't get a job to pay.He tells the child suppport ppl that he's not working. Is there another way of making him pay?

Absolutely. The OAG tracks employment that is reported to IRS. If you have an attorney, however, you can force him into a hearing where a judge will decide if he is willfully un/under-employed. If so, he can be jailed for contempt. Talk to lawyers in your area, many will work on a payment plan.
