If I marry a man who has a court ordered shild support, will I become financially responsible?

No, you have no responsibility for his child support obligations. Your income will not be considered in setting his child support figure.

If you are concerned about ex-wife initiating suit for additional support or for child support arrearages, you can maintain a separate bank account into which you deposit your earnings.

It would also be a good idea to maintain separate accounts for your investments.

I suggest you contact a lawyer if these types of issues arise.
