Child Support

Is a Child Support Mediated Settlement Agreement that is not subject to revocation, signed by both parties and lawyers, valid after 6 years, even though document was never submitted to courts.

The mediated agreement was filed with the court, in a case that is six years old, and I would guess was either finalized or dismissed for want of prosecution a long time ago. In either case, the agreement is no longer relevant. It is either an order, or the case is dismissed.

MSA or not, after six years it is time to reconsider the child support anyway if any of the children are still minors.
