Child Support
Is a Child Support Mediated Settlement Agreement that is not subject to revocation, signed by both parties and lawyers, valid after 6 years, even though document was never submitted to courts.

Re: Child Support
The mediated agreement was filed with the court, in a case that is six years old, and I would guess was either finalized or dismissed for want of prosecution a long time ago. In either case, the agreement is no longer relevant. It is either an order, or the case is dismissed.

Re: Child Support
MSA or not, after six years it is time to reconsider the child support anyway if any of the children are still minors.
