Child support modification
I pay child support for my two daughters, recently the oldest came to live with me, she is 18 and in college, the other is 16 and sitll in high school, am'i eligible for a review/modification?

You can definitely ask the Court to modify your child support. Whether a modification would be granted depends upon the actual number you are dealing with for net earnings. Based on what you have written, it appears that you may be entitled to a modification of child support. This modification may result in a drop from the 25% to 20% of net income as the child support amount.
