Re: Child support modification

You can definitely ask the Court to modify your child support. Whether a modification would be granted depends upon the actual number you are dealing with for net earnings. In any event the multiplication factor would drop from 25% to 20%. I am a board certified specialist in the field of family law practicing in the general Houston area. Contact me directly and I would be glad to discuss the options with you and to more further analyzze the child support figures for you.

Re: Child support modification

Based on what you have written, it appears that you may be entitled to a modification of child support. This modification may result in a drop from the 25% to 20% of net income as the child support amount. If my local family law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my paralegal Tina ([email protected]) to arrange for an initial consultation.
