Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child Support Modification Pro Se

My ex make $40,000 yr and only pays me $200 month in child support - it should be around $560/mo. I on the other hand only make $14,000/yr and am struggling to stay above water. I do not have the money for an attorney and would like to represent myself in court, pro se, to modify the child support amount. I have found a few forms online but no instructions. Can someone tell me all the forms in need to file and where I can get directions for them?? I'm in a hurry because he is behind $4000 already and is planning on moving out of country in next 6 months.

An attorney cannot ethically give you instructions on how to fill out forms. You'll have to figure this out for yourself or hire an attorney. Many attorneys will work on a payment plan. Good Luck.
