Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child support modification

I am unemployed (6mths) I sent req. letter to atty gen and court. I now have to pay 3200.oo in back support, can I get help with a modification and who can help me I am a single mom and I am flat broke. I cannot get hold of legal aide at all. What can I do?

Without a lawyer, you are at the mercy of the system. Legal aid does not help in these matters. Find some money and hire a lawyer. Otherwise, you're stuck with what you get.
