Does a non-biological parent have to pay biological parents child support?

If the non-biological parent adopted the child, then yes, if there is a divorce between the biological parent and adoptive parent, because once there is an adoption the biological parent who gave the child up for adoption is off the hook. I hope this answers your question, but if not let me know.

If you are the spouse of the biological parent it depends on whether you want to keep the bio parent out of jail.

The Court cannot order you to make the payments for the bio parent or base the bio parent's obligation on your income, but if the child support doesn't get paid the bio parent risks contempt of court and jail time.
