Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If a child support order was issued in Dallas county am I required to remain there? I have lost my job and my unemployment will end in December, I need to move home with my Parents in Tyler,Tx. I was told I can't leave Dallas county are touching county's Is this true

You need to read the order; does it contain a geographic restriction? Most Dallas County orders do.

You do have the right to file a motion for modification and ask the Court to modify the geographic restriction.
