Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My Child Support order says that I have to pay $75 in Medical Support. I aggreed to this because she said she was going to put him on CHIP because my insurance at work was not a resonable price and she told the Case worker she was going to put him on CHIP. Instead she put him on her insurance at her job which does not cost her a dime. Her premium is oaid by her employor. Can I have this investigated and changed because she is charging me for something that she does not pay for and that is not a resonable amount if she is not paying for it at all and I am STILL responsible for half of the out of pocket expences?

Very few employers provide no cost coverage for anyone these days, and the few that still do almost always cover only the employee, however, if she is paying less than $75 per month to insure the child you probably have grounds to go back and modify your Order. Don't really see much difference between CHIPs and no cost coverage through work. Neither costs anywhere near $75 per month. You should talk to a good family law attorney.
