i have been ordered by the courts to pay $420.00 a month, i am a full time student with very little income. The courts went back on my previous, two years when i was working full-time and not in school income tax return and came out with this number (420.00). how can i go about getting this amount lowered?

Re: child support
If there is a change in circumsances, such as a decrease in income, you can hire an attorney to file a motion to modify the chld support amount.
