Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

child support

The papers to withhold income from the check say that the child support is to stop when the child reaches the age of 18 years old or Graduates whichever comes last.

My question to you is the child did complete all her high school credits to graduate but can not graduate, because she failed the Math part of the TAKS test, therefore they are not letting her graduate. So what do we do now?? She could never pass that test then what???????

Re: child support

First, does it say graduate? Or does it say enrolled in a secondary school leading to graduation? Big difference. Also, is she enrolled in summer tutoring to take the TAKS again in July?
